Beach Room (Non AC):
Beach rooms are a set of five rooms in a row with a common verandah in a single structure. These rooms have a private lawn area with an outstanding view of the sea. Beach beds & hammocks are also provided. Rooms are equipped with Double beds, Telephone, T. V., Fridge, and attached bath with running hot / cold water. Ideal for couples and singles with a need for privacy.
Deluxe Beach Villa (AC):
These are spacious Villas, Luxuriously furnished with air condition, refrigerator, telephone, television and all modern comforts. They have a good view of the sea and have outer Sundeck with Beach Beds and Hammocks.
Pool side Beach Villa (AC):
Pool side villas are located close to the swimming pool, these are all independent units luxuriously furnished and spacious with all modern comforts, including hot and cold water, refrigerator, telephone and television. These rooms have private decks with hammocks and beach beds and have got a good view of the sea.
Beach Villa (NAC):
These villas are all independent Non Air-conditioned luxuriously furnished and spacious with all modern comforts, including hot and cold water, refrigerator, telephone and television. The villas also have Sundeck area with hammocks and beach beds. These rooms have an good view of the sea and are close to the beach.
Villas at Zambi's Place (AC):
These are well furnished villas located on the left side of a small hill with a good view of the ocean. It is in a separate compound a few metres away from the main resort.
Zambi's Place at Coconut Bay (NAC):
A beautifully designed house with two luxuriously furnished bedrooms with king size beds and a common spacious living room situated on a hill with agood view of the ocean. It is in a seperate compound a few metres away from the main resort.

The Coconut Bay Beach Resort has 16 villas categorized as Beach Villas, Poolside Beach Villas, Deluxe Beach Villas and Super Deluxe Beach Villas. Each of these villas are equipped with all modern amenities and are complete with a little garden in front with hammocks. In addition to the villas, the Coconut Beach Bay Resort has 5 beach rooms. The Beach rooms are a set of 5 rooms sharing a common a verandah. The rooms are sea facing with a lawn in front.
The Coconut Bay Beach Resort has facilities for indoor games, such as carom, chess. Etc. Having a beach of their own, the Resort also organizes beach activities. For Golf addicts, the resort organizes golf outings to the Trivandrum Golf Club. The resort has a library with English and German titles and also organizes Cultural Programs in the evenings.
